The Climate Crisis Council is the Platform Policy Council legislative study group of the Denver Democrats dedicated to the responsive monitoring review and analysis of agricultural, climate change, energy, environment, natural resources, and water-related bills coming from the State of Colorado and the City & County of Denver to ascertain if proposed legislation is representative of the ideals and values represented in our collaboratively generated county and state platforms.

This council’s additional ongoing mission will be to help develop grassroots policy projects related to its scope of topic to advocate for progressive change at the local level that helps to manifest our platform planks.
